As a manager and leader it can sometimes feel like you must have all the answers and solutions to challenges within your organisation yourself. However, a good manager often coaches his employees toward coming up with a solution and taking responsibility for it themselves. To take a step back and actively listen and challenge, rather than serving solutions, can be a challenge for many people in management positions.
