Management team learns coaching

“How can I start coaching more and giving advice less?” is one of the questions that a management team in Halland examined in depth during a two-day continuation course in coaching. Practical exercises were interwoven with concrete tips, for example how to create accountability and trust where the question “What result would you like to see come out of this conversation?” can be one of the steps in that direction. In order for the coaching to be powerful, the discussion needs a purpose, for example, resolving a specific problem. This continuation course in coaching is part of a six-month leadership development programme.
